PointHR digitally stores basic data about your employees in the PointHR Employee Management System and seamlessly provides secure, accurate, uniform responses to inquiries. Because the information comes from your payroll system, it’s 100 percent accurate. A simple data-feed connection ensures that information is always up to date. After we format and merge your records, you can host your automated verification service through your own website or refer inquiries to workconfirm.com, where information is available any time from any computer or mobile device. Workconfirm.com is a business-to-business e-commerce website that accepts credit card payments. We also provide confirmations by phone and fax. Automated employment verifications include employee name, dates of employment and most recent position held. You can also choose to provide salary information with employee permission. This salary data is available only to requesters who have the employee’s authorization and Social Security number.

Recognized state and federal agencies
A few other organizations set up by law
Our proprietary system tracks the history of every record—from who provided it to who’s viewed it and for what permissible purpose.

The information that you provide to us is confidential and we are dedicated to keeping it safe. Our security and storage measures ensure that your information is not altered, misused or lost. We store and backup all of your employee information at three secure locations to prevent downtime and data loss. SSL protocols code your information so that it cannot be altered or even read while being sent or received.
